We may modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Please read the Terms and Conditions and check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms and Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Site. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.
In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide personal information that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet the sites terms of eligibility. Prices quoted on our website include vat (value added tax) at the applicable rate. The cost of packaging and postage and carriage is shown separately. All published prices are subject to change at any time without notice. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in euros the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
The requested items will be delivered as soon as the payment has been confirmed. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB and any other methods, which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by VASUDEVA S.L. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. The goods remain the property of Louis Fugaro until the Customer has paid the purchase price in full.
The Online Store merely constitutes an invitation to the Customer to make an offer to enter into a purchase contract for the goods presented in the Online Store. You may select items from our range of goods and collect these in a “Shopping Cart” by clicking on the “Add to Shopping Cart” button. By clicking on the button “PROCEED AND CHECK OUT, you make an offer to purchase the goods that are in the Shopping Cart.
Before placing an Order, you can view and amend the details of your Order at any time by clicking on the “Shopping Cart” button.
After submitting your Order, you will automatically be sent an acknowledgment of receipt by e-mail with a summary of the details of your Order. This automatic acknowledgment of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer by Louis Fugaro; it merely documents the fact that Louis Fugaro has received your Order.
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
All items purchased through the web can be returned or exchanged. If you are not happy with your order then you have the right to return the item to our distribution hub within 30 days of ordering. Any request for a return must be communicated to us by email or telephone indicating us the reason for the return and must be approved before any goods are sent to us. All returns will be sent to Calle Valdés Nº12, 29600, Marbella, Málaga (Spain). Please bear in mind that these must be returned in the same condition in which they were acquired. We will contact you to arrange the collection of the item you wish to return. However, changes and refunds will only be given under the following conditions:
If you would like to change your item for a different size or a different model you will have 30 days to make your decision. This guarantee will let you decide whether to make a change in size or model if something does not convince you. In that case we will cover the postage cost for returning the item and we will send you the new item without any cost.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused articles within 30 days of receipt (own expense). The articles must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached.
Louis Fugaro will not cover the postage cost for returning the item. However as mentioned above, before any exchange or refund procedure it is essential that you contact us to solve the problem as soon as possible. A refund of the returned goods will be credited within 14 days to the your original method of payment. Shipping costs are on your expense unless the item you ordered has been sent damaged or faulty.

Shipping costs will be excluded from all those purchases that exceed 100 euros. Therefore shipping costs are free for purchases above that amount. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days.
